The Collective

Order the Captain Kirk Kelly – a blend of coconut whiskey, pineapple and cinnamon infused rum, pineapple juice and a kick of fresh jalapeño chilli!

The Collective is exactly what it says on the tin; a collective of five top restaurants and two incredible bars in one beach-front location in Palm Beach. Among the coveted collection of eateries and drinking joints is a stylish rooftop bar serving up a selection of zesty cocktails and beverages. Up top you’ll find an expansive seating area adorned in twinkling fairy lights with a central marble bar. Best part is, if you manage to nab yourself a table, you can order food from any of the five restaurants and the friendly staff will bring it all to you, along with your chosen bevvie!

Justin Lane

Order the Bee’s Knees – an intoxicating blend of honey, lemon and Bombay Sapphire gin. As Burleigh Head’s original rooftop bar, Justin Lane knows a thing or two about serving up delicious drinks in an incredible atmosphere. Just a 20-minute drive away from the centre of Surfers Paradise, you and your friends can spend a lazy afternoon gazing at the swell with tropical drink in hand. Sound good? Of course it does! Justin Lane is also famed for their authentic pizzas, so be sure to order in a few to share.
