Ice cream lovers will be in heaven at this Swiss inspired parlour. This chain was started by Swiss chefs who had the primary desire of creating ice-cream with the best taste and texture. Today the name is synonymous with great ice-cream in a variety of flavours with all of the toppings you can dream of. Classic creamy flavours include premium chocolate, vanilla, caramelita or maple walnut, and popular fruity options are strawberry, passionfruit and mango and lemon and lime. For something extra indulgent go for the creme brulee flavour or a scoop of expresso croquant.

Located on the Cavill Avenue, you can get your frosty treat and head over the the beach to enjoy it. With the sand under your feet and the sun beating down, devour it quickly before it melts.

Pancakes in Paradise

Perfect for families and friends alike, Pancakes in Paradise offers the best breakfasts in the area. As the name would suggest, the place is particularly well known for their pancakes. With just $9.50AUD you can have the all-you-can-eat pancake special. Sweet or savoury crepes, light meals and coffee is also on offer. If you're after something savoury before you tuck into the sweet treats, the tabriz crepe, made with ground beef sauce, mushroom, herbs and spices and red wine, is world famous.

The eatery is more than just a taste experience, with the space decorated with a hot air balloon theme. The booths are the basket of a colourful base of a balloon above your head. 

Chocolateria San Churro

This menu will have your mouth watering. The menu focuses on everything chocolate. Get churros, ice-cream sundaes with all of the trimmings, real chocolate shakes in a number of flavours, including the mint macarena with mint, dark chocolate chips, white chocolate and vanilla ice-cream.

For something with an extra kick, try a Spanish hot chocolate. The couverture hot chocolates are heavy, luxurious and filling. The peanut butter melt has that perfect combination of chocolate and nuts.

The desserts are to die for. The chocolate volcano is a warm pudding that will ooze chocolate when you cut into it. The truffle bomba is something extra indulgent with sweet cream anglaise the base for a crispy deep fried chocolate truffle.

You'll find the eatery in the hustle and bustle of Circle on Cavill, right in the heart of the sun soaked city. With their take-away menu, you can continue enjoying these chocolate treats when you leave.

For authentic Italian gelato, head on over to this eatery. All gelato is made with the freshest ingredients every single day with authentic recipes from Calabria, southern Italy. Every ice-cream served is made with passion and care and is utterly delicious.

Choose from a whole range of flavours, including old favourites and something new to try like the caramelised fig flavour or chocolate sorbet. Try this classic gelato on its own or as part of a dessert or super sundae such as berry heart breaker or black forest.
