• Receive an invitation to enter: After your rental, check your email for an invite to Spin & Win.
• Spin the Wheel: Spin the digital wheel for your chance to win instantly.

• How do I enter?

  Book and rent a vehicle with us from 4th December 2024 to 28 February 2025. Check your email after you have returned your car for your invitation to enter.

• How will I receive my prize if I win?

  Minor prizes will be sent via email within 7-14 business days after your win is recorded. The major prize winner will be contacted directly to arrange prize delivery.

• What kind of prizes can I win in the Spin & Win?

  Prizes include fuel cards, holiday vouchers, free rentals, upgrades, and a chance at the major prize of an MG3 or $10,000 cash!

• Is there an age requirement to enter the Spin & Win?

  Yes, participants must be 18+ years or older to enter.

• Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

  Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the winner as specified in the terms and conditions.

• What if I don’t want the prize I won?

  If you prefer not to accept a prize, please let us know, and it will be returned to the prize pool.

• Can I exchange my prize for cash or another prize?

  Minor prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. The major prize winner will have the option to choose between the MG3 vehicle or a $10,000 cash prize.

• When will I know if I have won?

  Minor prizes are awarded instantly. The major prize winner will be announced on week commencing 10th March 2024.

• Do I have to be present to win the major prize?

  No, the major prize winner will be contacted by email and phone.

• Can I spin the wheel multiple times?

  Sorry, no. There is only one spin per qualifying direct rental. If you hire a car from East Coast Car Rentals multiple times during the campaign period of 4th December 2024 to 28 February 2025, you will receive an entry after each completed rental. Every spin goes into the major prize draw to win either an MG3 or $10,000 cash.

• I have booked via a 3rd party website, can I still enter?

  Sorry no, this competition is only open to customers who book directly with us via the website or through our Reservations team. Customers who book through 3rd party websites / aggregators are not eligible to enter and win.

Aus. res 18+ only – entrant must be registered driver. Bookings through aggregators and 3rd Parties are not eligible. Excludes corporate/business customers. Return vehicle by 28/2/25 to be eligible.
