Since we introduced our Customer Feedback Survey we have received much valuable information from you all about our performance and business.
We appreciate the time that all of our customers have taken to complete this form. From your comments, we have already implemented many changes in our procedures. One of the most recent is that we have simplified our waiver options, a direct result of comments suggesting that they were a little complicated.
Of course, many other great ideas come from our customers during their booking process or car rental experience. Like the comments in the Feedback Survey, we love to here them and so we have added a new feature … our Online Suggestion Box.
