We have a 59 minute grace period on returns. If you’re going to be longer than that, give us a call. We’d much rather sort it out than surprise you with a charge.

Yes, additional drivers are welcome. They just need to be listed on the rental agreement and present at pick-up with their licence. Additional driver fees apply.

Mechanical breakdowns are covered. Call roadside assistance on 1800 648 058, available 24/7. For non-mechanical situations (lockout, flat battery, running out of fuel), you may incur a call-out fee unless you’ve added roadside cover. (worth doing if you’re on a big drive).
