Joining the East Coast Car Rentals Sponsorship Program is quick and easy! Simply complete Sponsorship Application Form. Please make sure you have read and accepted the Sponsorship Terms before submitting your application.
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, we will forward all necessary information on how to immediately begin to use and benefit from the East Coast Car Rentals Sponsorship program.
We will make a donation on every successfully completed car rental reservation that comes from anyone who has advised of, or entered your unique ECP Code (East Coast Promotional Code) during the reservations process. This can also be automatically captured from ‘links’ clicking from your website as well so to ensure that our donation to you is as large as possible. Not only does this help your fundraising, but your members also get great savings from one of Australia’s largest independent and premier Car Rental brands, providing the best value and service from multiple locations.
To join you will need to be a school, social group, charity, club, church or other community group. Ideally you will have a significant membership or network and a also a functioning web site with an independent domain name (but this is not essential).
Then fill out the Sponsorship Application Form and we will be in contact with you shortly to advise of your ECP Code and provide you with a variety of Banners, artwork and ideas for your use in promotion.
It’s easy and quick to join! The Application Form will only take you a few minutes to complete and is emailed straight away. We normally action all applications within 24 hours, however in rare cases it may be 5 working days until we are in contact with you.
From then on the program is in your hands, and as such, result proceeds according to your timetable. Most new programs should be able to become a fully active and “live” in just a few days.
No! The East Coast Car Rentals Sponsorship Program is totally free. No Set Up costs, No Registration Fees or Ongoing Participation costs.
East Coast Car Rentals will make a donation of 10% of the Rental Rate for each completed rental.
Donations will be made monthly, provided that the total to be paid is equal to or greater than A$50.00 or whenever the same amount is accumulated. Payments are made at the immediate conclusion of each month and include all rentals that concluded there within.
East Coast Car Rentals will make a donation on completed rentals when they have booked direct via the Sponsorship banner on your site or used your unique ECP Code. No donations will be paid for people simply clicking through to our website, but rather for those who click, make a reservation and then complete their rental.
Yes. As long as you actually end up renting the car and have booked it by clicking through your banner, you will receive a donation for your own reservation.
East Coast Car Rentals will provide each participant in the Sponsorship Program with online access to view existing reservations and completed rentals to track donations. To do this all you will need is access to the internet.
Donations are made only on successfully completed rentals, and not just reservations. Donations are only made for every customer who completes a booking via a East Coast Car Rentals Sponsorship banner and link on your web site or using your unique ECP Code in the Reservation Process, and then pays for the rental in full. If a customer chooses to cancel the reservation , does not show up, or if the reservation is not successfully completed, you do not receive any donation. Sorry!
A Successfully Completed Rental is one where someone reserves a vehicle then actually shows up at the rental location, pays rental in full ,rents the vehicle at the times and dates specified, rental is returned and NIL outstanding balance to the Rental Agreement.
