Pick Up instructions:
When you arrive at Darwin Airport, collect your luggage and call 1 800 474 258 or Int. +61 (0)7 5555 8908.
Please follow our step-by-step instructions to get to the shuttle bus pick-up area.
Step 1:
After collecting your luggage, follow the overhead signs towards Airport Resorts & Hotels / Coach / Charter Bus.
Step 2:
Continue straight through the terminal, following the signs for Coach / Bus Transfer.
Step 3:
Keep walking towards the Airport Hotels and Coach/Bus Transfer exit..
Step 4:
Follow the signs for Charter Bus Transfer and make your way towards the terminal exit.
Step 5:
Exit the terminal through the doors marked Charter Bus Transfer.
Step 6:
Once outside, turn right and follow the covered walkway towards Charter Bus Transfer / Car Rental Pick-up.
Step 7:
Follow the signs for Charter Bus Transfer and Car Rental Pick-up
Step 8:
Continue along the covered walkway.
Step 9:
Continue to the designated Charter Bus Transfer / Car Rental Pick-up area and wait for the East Coast Car Rentals shuttle.
