To help ensure a smooth collection process, additional requirements apply to first-time customers residing within 150kms of their selected branch.

Providing these documents at pick-up will assist our team in processing your rental quickly on arrival.

What you’ll need to provide:

  • A recent utility bill (issued within the last 3 months)
  • Adress must match your driver’s licence
  • Please present at your rental pick-up

Accepted utility bills include:

  • Electricity
  • Gas
  • Water
  • Council Rates
  • Internet/phone

Security Deposit:

A $1000 holding deposit is required. This will be processed as a pre-authorisation on your nominated credit or debit card at the time of collection.

Returning Customers:

Customers who have previously rented with East Coast Car Rentals are not required to provide a utility bill.
