Important Terms:
- Your Darwin rental comes with 100km per day for small categories and 200km per day for larger categories. AUD 0.33 applies per additional kilometre.
- Extra charges apply if you select additional options, or if you do not return the vehicle to the same pick-up location or return the vehicle late, or if you do not return the vehicle full of fuel, or if you incur infringements.
- If there is Damage, theft of the Vehicle or Third-Party Loss you must also pay up to the standard Damage Liability Fee (DLF). Optional Damage Cover Products may be purchased to reduce your liability, but there may be no cover under some circumstances where your Rental Terms and conditions are breached by you.
Driving Restrictions:
You are restricted from driving the vehicle in the following areas or conditions:
- Outside any town or city limits between sunset and sunrise.
- On the Buntine Highway.
- On Central Arnhem Road.
- On Roper Highway.
- On Gunlom Falls Road.
- On Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls roads in Kakadu National Park.
- On or in the Lost City area in Litchfield National Park.
- Onto any road where we have notified you that the use of the vehicle is prohibited.
- Through any river, stream, creek, or tidal crossing.
- Through floodwaters, on flood-prone roads, or on any road deemed unsafe due to road or weather conditions.
