Please follow the Step-by-step instructions to reach our complimentary shuttle bus from Perth Airport.
After you have collected your luggage and cleared customs please call 1 800 474 258 or (+61) 07 5555 8908 to arrange your pick-up to our Perth Airport Car Rental Branch.
Step 1
After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal building and turn left toward the main covered walkway.
Step 2
Walk straight ahead along the covered path, keeping the terminal building on your left. Follow signs toward ‘Car Rental and Bus Transfers’.
Step 3
Continue along the pathway as it opens toward the outdoor area. You’ll see shelters and signage for the ‘Transfer Shuttle’ ahead.
Step 4
Keep walking through the sheltered area toward the main bus zone and train terminal. Stay on the footpath closest to the terminal.
Step 5
Walk straight past the first set of glass bus shelters and the train station (these are used by other airport shuttles).
Step 6
Continue following the same walkway through and past the Terminal 1 train station entrance until you reach the bollards on the right.
Step 7
Proceed a little further and veer left past the bollards, where additional shuttle bays are located.
Step 8
You’re now approaching the Designated Shuttle Pickup Area. Look for signage directing to car rental shuttles.
Step 9
Walk past the Virgin Australia building entrance, keeping under the shade structure as the walkway continues.
Step 10
Continue straight ahead past the landscaped area and follow the covered walkway around the bend.
Step 11
The letter K is in sight now so proceed forward to see more directional signage for T1/T2 transfers and bus access ahead. Stay on this path.
Step 12
Keep heading toward the glass shelter bays – you’ll begin to see shuttle buses parked nearby.
Step 13
Follow the path along the glass shelters, staying close to the curb where shuttle buses stop.
Step 14
You have now reached our designated pickup area, wait at pickup zone (Bay M) for the East Coast Car Rentals Shuttle.
Your driver will collect you from this point (M) and take you to our Perth Airport branch.
Keep your eyes open for our very yellow shuttle bus which has East Coast Car Rentals on the bus.
