Customer Feedback

"Both picking up and returning was easy and efficient and the staff were friendly and courteous. This is why I always use East Coast. I cannot see any room for improvement. Most satisfied with price and service. Having a loyalty card with a 10% discount is an added benefit."

"I have rented with many different companies around Australia & New Zealand and have found them to be the best. Everything was so easy to complete, the service was quick and straight forward, every single staff member I seen was so lovely and very polite. Will recommend East Coast rentals to anyone who needs their services. Once again thank you for making my trip so much more easier. Excellent customer service is all I can say. Went above and beyond expectation. I took a wrong turn on my way back to drop off the car, but was lucky enough that there was a young man driving past me on their company van and noticed that I seemed lost and waited for me to turn around and showed me the way. So thankful."

"I have used your services a few times now and I'm very happy overall. I do have one suggestion... I like to pay with cash and sometimes this is not welcomed. I'm sure you have your reasons for wanting to use my credit card and I understand that, however, I like to keep my credit card for emergencies only and have always made sure I have the correct amount of cash to pay for the service. That's all."

Explore Canberra With Your Car

Canberra is the largest inland city in Australia. Many visitors both foreign and domestic come to this city because it is the seat of Australia's federal goverment. This city is entirely planned and constructed based on a blueprint by Walter Burley Griffin and Marion Mahony Griffin from Chicago, USA. Due to its garden city design, Canberra is also called the "bush capital" of Australia. With your hired car, we suggest you to visit important landmarks such as the National Gallery of Australia, the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House, the Australian War Memorial, the National Library of Australia and the Aboriginal Tent Embassy. For more attractions and things to do in Canberra, please check out "Canberra must dos" from the VisitCanberra website.
