The website is simple and easy to use, with a step by step process which was very friendly, giving various options.
In addition, it was not loaded with a loads of fancy cookies and other stuff that slowed down the web page which was the best thing about it. The wait for the pick up was only a few minutes but we were quite appropriately guided by the staff on the phone
to wait at the correct place. Kylie ( I think!!!) at the collection branch was very helpful and gave us a free upgrade. She was very friendly and efficient at her work as well. The quality and condition of the rental car was excellent and we couldn't have asked for more. It was a pleasure and a very high point of our holiday. The return was easy and quick. The branch staff had informed us earlier that the branch only opens at 7am so it would be better for us to check in for our flight departing at 9am and then come over and drop off the car. It worked like clock work for us and the shuttle after a brief wait dropped us off as promised.
