Was pleased with the service we received when we arrived also when dropping off the van as we were caught up in a traffic jam so were a little late getting the van back on time they were very understanding when I rang. Very good service by all.

Good, friendly and efficient service ... I would use you guys again anytime. My only trouble was that I got confused as to where to wait for the shuttle bus at the airport ... and the bus had to go around again to find me ... but even with all that they were very gracious about my mistake.

Web site was replied to promptly being able to complete booking on line before travel great was a time saver when late in the day arriving at destination. The rental pick up van was not available so was told to catch ataxi and was reimbursed at office when arrived there good service.

Very prompt and friendly service. staff made me feel very welcome. The vehicle I rented was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed it so much I didn't want to return it. Returning the car went so fast I had all the paperwork done and on my way in the shuttle within 5 minutes.

The service was efficient and speedy, the car was appropriate for our needs and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was excellent. Altogether a happy experience and one that would repeat on our next trip to Brisbane. A note for the shuttle bus driver. Give him a raise, he was friendly and very helpful.

Hi our experiance with you guys was awesome almost 100%, the only woops was that we were miss informed were to wait at airport for pick up and when carting luggage and 3 tired cranky children t make the walk to another turminal an dthen have to go back again was annoying, apart from that we had exceptional service an amazing vehichle and awesome rates, we would definatly use you guys again, five star thanks heaps for adding to the enjoyment of our holiday.

Your staff this morning were excellent when we notified them that the vehicle had a flat front tyre when we went to get into the car at the motel. We sincerely appreciated the upgrade to a 4WD Mitsubishi which we found excellent.

My rental details changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Pickup was arranged by a contracted After Hours (Andrew's Airport Parking?) company from Brisbane Airport. A special mention to all involved with the 'big hiccup' on date of collection - I can't remember the names of the 2 gentleman I spoke with, however if anyone remembers dealing with me after the [airline name removed] Refueling incident, please pass this onto management at your respective branches as you both deserve high praise for your level of service and speedily making alternative arrangements! Speedy service again, and quick transfer to the airport. The staff were friendly dedicated to providing a high level of service.

I found the whole booking process very simple and easy to understand. By booking on line the paperwork was ready and waiting when we arrived compared to the other people who arrived at the same time, they took much longer to complete their paperwork. Car was presented in absolutely wonderful condition and we didn't have any problems with it at all.

Good site which was easy to use. Will use again next time we travel to Aussie. We were running late for the plane and the staff were very prompt with getting us there on time. Look at it this way. We had a range of options and yours won the appeal factor which your service backed up. Staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Mattered more to us than appearance of collection branch. Vehicle was excellent for us. Reliable, economical and very easy to drive and park. Overall the whole experience for us was a really positve one.
