It was easy to book on line and information was all available. Having used East Coast for the first time we found the car provided and the service was good. A small problem with a possible inconspicuous damage, was resolved fairly, as we were convinced the damage did not occur in our hands. I will use East Coast again and will recommend to friends.

Website was clear,concise,and easy to navigate. The vehicle collection point was old and sparsely furnished, however it presented as a clean work environment, and the staff were efficient and friendly. The vehicle was immaculately presented, with very low kilometers. No problems, quick handover, and a comfortable shuttle ride to,the airport. Given my past experiences with vehicle rental I'd say you're doing it right.

I called what I thought was the Resort that we were staying at to enquire if they had a shuttle bus from the airport. I spoke with Lyndal & she suggested that we hire a car for the time we were in QLD as it would be a better option. She called me back and had it all organised , she was very pleasant and helpful, I would certainly recommend your services to anyone I know who is looking at hiring a car in the future. Thank you. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. It was nice to have a friendly driver! I made a comment to our driver that it was great to get what you were told you were getting! Too often you are told that you will be getting a car no older than 2 yrs old and when you go to get it is 10+yrs old. The car was comfortable and a pleasure to drive.

The only thing I was unsure of was how the insurance worked when arriving late, one call to the staff and I was given clear instructions. Collection was fuss free and easy. Great little car, nice and new and very easy to drive. Very friendly, lots of advice on where to go, what to do when staying in Brisbane and surrounds.

It was good to have a reliable car and not have to worry about breaking down or being left in the lurch. Super friendly and very efficient. It made the process a breeze for me, as I had never hired a car before. Having the full cover also gave us confidence as we drove around, and we didn't have to worry at all. AJ was very pleasant and said we could ring him at anytime if we got stuck. It was so good to know, very relaxing :) You made it a breeze and I would definitely use you guys again. You were the only place I found that would cover us for hitting animals as well as provide unlimited km's. Since we were driving into country areas as well as crossing the border, you guys were perfect!!

Transfer from Gold Coast airport to collection branch was extremely quick. I didn't feel any inconvenience about them not being located at the airport, even with all our luggage. The Toyota Camry we had had was very reliable. We drove all around the Gold Coast and up to the Sunshine Coast and back with now worries. Car had a couple of scratches but these were clearly identified on the paperwork before we left. Paperwork and inspection when I dropped the car back was completed very promptly. I had to wait a short time for others to check in their cars before we were all transferred back to the airport, but this was very minor inconvenience and I didn't have to wait too long. think the staff at your Gold Coast company are doing a great job and would highly recommend them to others.

The car was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive - considering that we took it to over 2000km in 9 days ... definitely value-for-money ... however, a map of the area (in our case Queensland) would have been useful ... all we got was a map of Cairns ... i think it's fairly reasonable to expect people who rent a car in Australia to use it beyond the city area. We got a lift to the jetty (for our trip out to the reef) after returning the car and that was a nice gesture ... thank you to the reservations person-in-charge in the morning of 9 Sep (we unfortunately didn't get his name) as well as the guy who drove us to the marlin jetty.

The whole pickup process was easy especially now that you have the express check-in online. The new office was very nice and tidy. We actually did a search for cheap car rental and your company was one that we used to compare others with so I am not sure if we used the website but I remember it all being very easy to do. We were greeted by a lovely warm room of staff. Travelling with children can be difficult and it was great to get everything sorted out with a minimum about of fuss. There was a lovely man who gave the kids a bottle of water - thank you. Overall we had a great experience with East Coast and would like to thank the staff for all their help and friendliness. The lady also helped with our bags to the shuttle and with 3 kids in tow that was a real help. Our experience was really great so hard to help with improvements but if we were to pick on anything the place of pick up at the airport could be a little clearer. Maybe a small sign. But really we were very happy and we will use you again. Thanks.

Outstanding attention and help from the guys on the desk when we returned the car. I had miscalculated the driving time from Noosa back to the depot so we were running late for an international flight - entirely my fault. The guys 'on duty' had us all organised with a shuttle that was leaving from 'over the road' - they even carried our luggage across the busy street, and thanks to them we made it to our flight check in!!! Please pass on to them our thanks. They were fantastic. Impossible to improve on an outstanding performance!!

Great car, good value and easy to drive thank you. Also really good service, coming to collect me early Saturday morning despite me living close to the rental centre was a really nice thing to do. Very helpful and informative on where I needed to go which was a god sent as I've only lived in Melbourne for 2 weeks. Really helpful friendly staff, makes a refreshing change from the people in the UK. One point for Australia! GPS rented, definitely helpful as this was my first time driving in Australia and coming back from the Great Ocean Road so late into the city I would have had a nightmare, this made my journey far more comfortable and avoided a tense car full of passengers.

I would like to thank East Coast Car rental for excellent service. I collected my car at 8am so I should return the car at 8am on my return date. I requested for an extra 2 hrs extension and was promptly approve without extra charge. On the date of my return, I need to do some extra shopping and I requested again for another 1.5hrs extension. Again East Coast Car Rental promptly approve my extension without charges. All I can say this is service excellent. I will make my future booking with East Coast on my next visit to Australia.

We made the phone call at Cairns airport for the shuttle it was there within 5 minutes, we were driven to the office and given our hire car, hassle free. The car was great throughout the three weeks we were on holiday in Port Douglas, we returned the car no problems, very quick inspection with the shuttle bus waiting to take us to airport with heaps of time to check in with no fuss, the staff that we dealt with were fabulous, very courteous and helpful. We will definitely book through East Coast Car Rentals again.

Quick response to our requests. Service was great and very friendly the car we booked was not back yet so we used a different car and the one we ordered was brought to out hotel for the swap over. It was very busy when we dropped our cars off and the wait for the shuttle was a little longer than expected but the office was very busy and that was totally understandable.

Very pleasant helpful young lady, who made me feel welcome even though it was an early pickup. The staff member went the extra mile in service and was very helpful and friendly. He didn't have a name badge but he is from Burma. Will definitely rebook if I return to visit Brisbane and will use for my rental in Melbourne if I get there next year.

Express check-in is a good idea. Although we haven't use this service, the day we collected the car was very busy, the office was full of customers, and there was only one staff there, so I would wonder if express check-in could avoid any delays. Nonetheless, the staffs both in the office and at the collection are professional and friendly. Excellent customer services!!

Kia ora We have used East coast rentals 4 previous times and found the service excellent, we have no reservations in using the service again and will be on our return next year. If we are not traveling to Perth instead. Bookings are done online, as we have used the company several times it is a lot easier next time round. We arrived as a big group, the staff handled each customer with professionalism and quickly as possible. The baby seat was requested and available, though the seat was not fixed. I would assume that it was up to the parent to fix the seat at their choice, I would have preferred the service to have had the seat fixed. As a professional outfit, the service would fix the seat to a high and safe standard. We are very pleased with our choice of car rental and will be using the service again in the near future. We thank East Coast car rentals for taking good care of us.

I was surprised, when after I had made my booking, that I would be shuttled between the airport & the pick-up. My flight was diverted from Gold Coast to Brisbane & I was delighted to be able to 'adjust' my booking while still in the plane at Brisbane & collect the car from there. My experience with East Coast was top notch - no waiting around, no disappointments, just good efficient & friendly service. I'll certainly be using you guys again on my next trip & will recommend you to friends. Thanks heaps.

Car booked in minutes. Online paperwork a big plus. An advantage not having to drive into the airport then park and return hire car. Instead you drop us and luggage at door of terminal. Keep up the outstanding service.

The office lady we dealt with on arrival was friendly and pleasant. A great way to start a holiday. Toyotas are reliable vehicles and economic on fuel. A great run around car. The GPS was fantastic. Returning the vehicle was a breeze, very efficient gentleman at the office and friendly.

The website was easy to follow and there were no hidden extras. (The only clarification I required by phone was that I would be contacted on the day with the after-hours collection details for the vehicle. The after hours collection of the car from Cairns Airport was as promised, and very easy. Car drop-off and paperwork were easy. Your service was excellent and your pricing very competitive.
