It was a great car to drive and was everything expected. Map telling us how to get to Andrew's Transport easy. Arrived at Andrew's 5.10 am and was at airport by 5.30. Excellant service all round. We were very happy with your service and would definetely use East Coast next time we're in Cairns. Could we offer just one little suggestion, and that is to either offer transers to the airport later than 4.30pm, or if not at least let customers know before they actually book. It was a bit of a nuisance to have to sit around the airport for a couple of hours waiting for our flight because of this.

Very professional service recommended to us by friends who visit regularly and suggested we try you. We were most impressed. The only suggestions I would make are, no information re operation of vehicle feel it need manual in car. Lights on vehicle we hired were directed at the ground and seriously need adjustment. The young guy who greeted us at your depot a young man I would gladly employ myself! The cololection branch was ordinary but when returning the vehicle we were very impressed with the new premises, congratulations!

Second time I have used East Coast car rentals and I have recommended the company to family and friends who have also used this service. We find your prices and service excellent. The staff are always happy to assist including detailed maps and local information when required. As there were only 2 staff on at the front desk the wait to return the vehicle was not as quick as I would have liked especially as I had a very small baby with which can make the waiting time difficult.

My sister from Perth referred me as she had used this process a few months earlier. I'm not the best when it comes to technical things but found the quote and confirmation process seemless. The directions and process once I got to the airport were easy and in no time we were away in our car. A brand new building and staff very proud to be a part of it. GPS was excellent. Would have been a nightmare without it. Everything was so quick and smooth both at the office and on our shuttle. Both staff were very friendly and efficient.

I used web and phone. Upon arrival at airport transferred quickly.All aspects of contract was explained. Clear instructions were given/shown on how to use the GPS.TOM TOM. Would highly recommend your company to any one. Was a bit concerned at first about not picking the car up at the airport. Didn't use your website, found your advert in one of the Gold Coast guides while on holiday. Reasonable rates, low insurance access and you had an 8 seater Tarago available when required. GPS saved us from at least 1 argument, so well worth it! Picked up and drop from hotel no problems. Nice friendly Kiwi bloke on return trip.

The only issue I had was, that I don't have a visa card but I was the driver, so I had to get someone else with a visa card to complete the online form.
