My first experience with East Coast really impressed me. The courtesy bus was fairly quick and the way the car appeared valet parked, sitting under lights at the depot, made us feel important and really helped with loading our holiday gear. Returning the car was even easier - drive up, unload whilst the car is getting checked over and straight onto the courtesy bus. I felt the service was a lot more personal than the big companies. I certainly recommend East Coast as I will certainly be using them again.

The layout of the website was very, very clear and easy to follow instructions and also I didn't really have to search to find what I was looking for. Everything I needed to know was on website and very clear to follow instructions. I will let our relatives and friends know how excellent this rental company is and for us, we will still book our rental cars through this website in the future. Thank's. I only rang the office once. I spoke to the guy that helped me with the question I asked him ... How far the rental property from the airport? He really gave me a great and helpful answer. Staff were so efficient, well groomed and very, very friendly. I couldn't ask for more, she even helped buckle in our little girl's car seat and even gave us instructions about how strict Aussie's car seat requirements are. She was very, very helpful and on to it the day we picked up our car. The car was awesome ... we we're so rapped and also just the right size for our little family ... Nothing went wrong with it at all.

On pick up was given business card by staff member and advised to call and ask for him personally if I needed anything. {[On return] Staff were aware that return shuttle driver was on his way back from airport. Checked car with me and then delivered paperwork as we were moving our bags. Brilliant.

Excellent web site - easily navigated - good instructional tables and pictures. Office was slightly understaffed on the day, which was not due to the staffs fault. In fact the staff were very friendly and gave us great assistance, to the point where the shuttle driver was even assisting with the procurement of the rental cars - great multitasking and assisting your fellow work mate - keep it up. You have great staff at the Tugun office, look after them as they made the East Coast Car Rental experience a pleasure and I will recommend you to friends considering holidaying up north.

Would definitely use this car rental company again. Late model vehicles. Don't forget to hire a GPS as well - we used it a lot on our 10 day holiday to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast - but still managed to get to take the wrong turns???

Great experience all round Thanks so much ... I had heard lots of bad/sob stories regarding Car Rental company's, I would imagine lots of people would stick with the mainline operators like A **s/H***z etc because of this. I would however strongly recommend your company and service 100%. Of course 4 x groups all arrived from the Airport to the collection branch, so processing was probably a bit slower due to that, however the guy that served me was very good, speedy but not rushed and very helpful.

East Coast Car Rental vehicles are the best value for money for high quality vehicles we have found in Queensland. It is easy to be sucked in by cheaper prices elsewhere, only to find a real dunger of a car when you collect it. We have rented from elsewhere and ended up with a van with broken air con that could only go 5kmph up hill! With East Coast Cars you can feel confident you will receive a vehicle in excellent condition at a reasonable price. We like the new loyalty scheme for repeat customers too!

While we were booking on the web site I was talking to your office on the phone at the same time. Your staff were very helpful. I changed from a manual car to an automatic one. This was no trouble. I liked the decor of your premises and the fact that all the vehicles were white. It made you look very professional. My Elantra was spotless, quite new and drove well. Just continue to operate as you are. I work for an airline, a travel industry discount would be good. I have a friend in NZ who owns a substantial travel company, he deals mainly with First and Business Class travellers. I will recommend your company to him. Thank you.

Pick up driver was prompt and helpful Moved all our luggage from pick up van to rental vehicle and even refused a $5 tip. Paperwork was finished with no fuss. The van we rented (an 8 seat Hyundai) was ideal for our purposes. Had some trouble finding the delivery site .Would suggest a better map for return . Would recommend and use you again.

It was the only car rental web site that actually provided all the relevant information (especially related to the insurance) in plain understandable English WELL DONE!!! The staff member who served us was new and unfortunately was unable to advise us about the use of the Toll Ways, which in Melbourne are unavoidable. I would suggest that a handout explaining the options to people would be an excellent addition to the good service we received. Use again without a hesitation. Low cost rental with top notch service WELL DONE!
