We had a very long wait for the transfer shuttle as we were waiting a little bit further along on the pick up strip. I think if the shuttle driver had a list of names to pick up rather than just 2 people from domestic and group of 4 from international then this may help. Other than my comment above re. shuttle pickup, I felt the whole experience with East Coast car rentals was extremely positive. I found everyone I dealt with has excellent customer service and this was the main factor in making it positive. I would most certainly use 'East Coast Car Rentals' in the future!

The reservation staff are excellent, I spoke to a few different car rental places, but I chose East coast rentals because of their friendly service. Extremely competent. I normally book things as per my gut feeling. Nothing worse than booking something and then find the people are difficult to deal with. but my gut feeling was right again. had a very friendly driver to take us to the rental office and the guy at the rental office was very helpful as well. For our next holiday to the gold coast we will definitely be using east coast rentals, My hubby wants to use them if he comes to QLD on business as well.

Jade was fantastic. I had booked else where and wasn't happy as the price was different from the internet. I asked Jade if there was a standard cancellation policy for most car companies. She said she would call me back. She actually phoned the other company and to find out their policy for me and called straight back. I cancelled and rebooked with East Coast. I was really impressed. We had a boaster seat. We found it a little difficult to belt her in. I think the booster was wide which is probably the standard size. We have a more slim line one at home. But it did the job which is the most important thing. As we arrived someone came straight out to us. My daughter was asleep and the young guy said we could leave her in the car until the shuttle arrived. Excellent service. I was really impressed, I liked the car, great service, excellent prices. I will be using East Coast rentals next year.

Very happy with the experience. We found Ryan at Cairns very helpful and very thorough with the hand over the car. We only used it for convenience but it did everything that we expected and we will use you again when appropriate. Very good staff friendliness both at the Cairns branch and the guy who drove us to the airport. In a very competitive environment, we could not fault the service we received.

Great website to view vehicle and all relevant info. Phone inquiries quick to answer my questions. Service at Nudgee Rd Brisbane were very welcoming and patient despite getting ourselves lost on arrival to pick up point for shuttle. Much appreciated. Dropping off vehicle - service again friendly, professional and helped complete sign off quickly. Definitely the cheapest on the East coast and highly recommend to others.

The guys stayed open for our arrival when we had been delayed and had us on our way very quickly. Staff were very friendly and shuttle bus was great as it had a baby seat for our infant son to travel in which we didn't expect as had not had same in vic before we left. Really happy with the service, and very impressed there was a baby seat in the shuttle bus, a relief as was our first trip with our 10 month old son. Will be a return customer for sure.

When returning the car to your depot(where you shuttled me to the airport) I forgot to write down the address. The paperwork you gave me only said "drop off at gold coast airport", so I had to ring to get address of the depot where I was returning the car to. I think the address should have been somewhere on the receipt to gave me to save me having to ring. It is only a small point but I found it strange. Otherwise I was very happy with the car and the service. Will definitely look you guys up next trip. Thank you.

You honoured the contract with stating that if we found an equivalent better offer you would do better & you did. Even though there was a delay getting picked up at Brisbane Airport when we arrived, the remainder of the East Coast Car Rentals contract was first rate. The staff was friendly & well informed & there was minimal delay when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. The condition of the Mitsubishi Outlander was clean & comfortable for our drive up to Bundaberg. There was also minimal time spent at the Depot when we returned the vehicle & the Courtesy Bus was ready to take us back to Brisbane Airport.

The only negative aspect of our experience was with the lady at collection. Considering the rest of our experience with East Coast and the professionalism of all, perhaps she was having a bad day. Everyone else was excellent. The gentleman who did the hand over was friendly and went over the car with us in a manner that gave us confidence given some of the scary stories about other car rental agencies. The gentleman at the drop off is an asset to the company. He was very friendly, very fast and professional. Overall we had an excellent experience and will definitely use this company anytime they have an office in the destination we are going to. Much appreciated.

The website is very easy to use and the express check in is a nice touch which cuts out most of the paperwork on the day. Quick collection by friendly staff. The vehicle spec and condition was exactly as advertised. No messing about, much appreciated.

Making the reservation online was easy and quick and cheaper then booking by phone. I already knew the type of car I needed and my insurance coverage. The convenience of online reservations fits into my busy daily schedule and I knew there would be a car waiting for me on my arrival at the collection depot. Very happy with the vehicle as it was very close to being brand new. I was confident it would be reliable and clean and easy to drive. Quick drop off which was great as i had my kids waiting in the car!

The service collection staff were excellent and very helpful. Everything was well explained to us and they made us feel very welcome on our first trip to Brisbane. We hired an Outlander which was in excellent condition and very clean. We had no problems during our 10 day hire. Everything was dealt with quickly and easily and we weren't kept waiting to deal with the paperwork on return of the vehicle. We would have no hesitation in hiring another vehicle from this company.

i arrived to collect the car at peek time, your office very busy . I waited a good 20 mins to begin paperwork, but to be fair I could see that this was not due to staff, but rather too many people all at once. I would recommend East Coast to others, thank you. The transfer back to the airport was very helpful. Thank you. Could you provide more very small cars eg the "Getz" with auto trans?
