Being a return customer to East Coast Car Rentals, all I had to do wa give my name and address to the Reservations staff member and my car rental dates and costs was were reserved within 5 mins with a courteous and friendly reservation member.

We have used your service twice now and will continue to do so. We found the staff member assigned to us on arrival (AJ) courteous, informative and very helpful. The female employee who took care of us at drop off and who delivered us to the Coolangatta airport was friendly, courteous and helpful.We were particularly impressed with how quickly we were picked up from Brisbane airport and delivered back to Coolangatta. Well done! When our flight was changed it was a simple phone call to change the drop off point which relieved us greatly. New building on Nudgee Highway very impressive.

Great easy to understand website.Not confusing at all. The Branch was very clean and the staff at the branch were more than helpful.We had to upgrade our car on arrival due to too much luggage.For a bigger and better car it only cost us and extra $77 for the 14 days we needed it. The mitsubishi outlander we had was extremely economical.We drove from Gold Coast to Byron Bay and back on a quarter of a tank of fuel .I expected to put way more petrol in the car throughout our holiday but in total for 14 days we only had to put in around $140.With this we did quite a bit of travelling also. Staff were great,very efficient.We were an hour late back on return as we got lost in Brisbane.The staff were wonderful about it when i phoned to tell them we would be late and even offered to direct us back to the drop off point. I don't think there is much more more you could do to improve the service. Everyone seemed to be polite and helpful and they all knew what they were doing. Thanks for a great car hire experience.We will definitely return to your company when we return to Brisbane. Thanks.

Very easy to book over the internet. The driver of the transfer shuttle was very friendly, happy to talk to us about the place we were going and where we should go in that region. Very friendly staff who were a pleasure to deal with. Nice friendly shuttle driver as well! We had a problem with our initial car in that it had a faulty battery cell and was unreliable starting. We were advised to have it checked by the RACQ to eliminate driver error and once this was established the car was exchanged with prompt and friendly service. This is the third year that we have rented from you and have always found you reliable and friendly and would definitely use your company again on our next visit!

We did not use the return shuttle as we changed our flight at the last minute and could not wait for the airport shuttle which was 10 minutes away. The staff arranged a taxi for us immediately and we got to our flight on time. Staff were extremely helpful and we will be recommending this East Coast to our friends and family. Hard to improve the already excellent service!!

The website is very informative and tells you everything you need to know about terms and conditions on how to rent the car. We did ring to confirm availability as well because we booked the car two days before we travelled due to another car rental firm letting us down at the last minute. The car was in excellent condition and we were rapt with it. The air conditioning was excellent and the car was very economical on petrol. We were rapt with the service and the friendliness of the staff especially when we arrived in Brisbane.

Even though transfer was immediate & brief, a way to improve the service would be to have vehicles ready to collect at the airport itself. Other than that, service was excellent, vehicle was clean, modern, & reliable, and the price very competitive. I have no hesitation in choosing East Coast again or recommending others do likewise.

Friendly receptionist and helpful. The service has been perfect for me. The only concern for me is that I could not collect the car in Valley for early morning or late time on weekend, so i had to collect far in the valley. Anyway, Thank you for such a wonderful service.

some of the required information was a little bit harder to find and didn't go into as much detail as I would have liked but what I didn't get online, the staff there made up for more than enough once I rang. Fantastic staff, very efficient and had all the answers to all of my questions. All understood my situation and walked me through each and every step in a way that was so simple to understand. courteous and extremely knowledgeable staff made this a brilliant and stress free transaction. I personally was not one who picked up the vehicle as I did not travel with my in laws but I did get their feedback and they told me this: professional, on time, friendly and extremely efficient. will definitely return to rent from east coast.

I was very impressed with the service - my husband is disabled and unable to get on buses so a member of staff drove the rental car to the airport to pick us up and then took us to the collection branch to complete the paperwork.

The bus driver was very friendly & helpful - identifying the correct on-ramps for both Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast as we went thru the relevant intersection. Also gave good advise re the toll harbour bridge. This was very helpful as it was dark and thunderstorms as we drove over it, which was within a few minutes of leaving the depot heading towards Gold Coast. Extra Insurance was well-explained - not too many scare tactics used once your staff member realised I didn't want it and would not be swayed.

very helpful when we got to the office but my Husband said that perhaps if you could mark the mailbox at the airport where you put the keys clearly it would be easier. The information book you hand with the activities was very helpful to us thank you very much. Everything was explained very well and the young fellow more than helpful and polite. I think that you have a very good package and the price was very good compared to other rental companies keep up the good work.

I had no problems with East Coast Rental, everything went very smoothly, and in comparison to major car rental companies East Coast were allot cheaper. My only comment was that upon collection of the vehicle, fuel was 80% full... Apart from this a great experience and I hope to rent again if I travel back to Cairns.
