Very good service and hapy staff was able to drop us off where we wanted to go , had a little trouble with G.P.S on return as home was set to office in town but staff there where good, and reset home for us so no promlem

Barry and his staff are always obliging and courteous and always willing to give that little extra service. I visit the Gold Coast several times a year and my reservation is always handled well and I have not experienced any delays with pick up or delivery back to the airport.

The website was easy to follow and prompt response to our email enquiry. The "extra" features (ie: insurance) was well explained also. The vehicle was ready as soon as we arrived. The shuttle bus was at the airport within approx 5min of call. All staff were friendly and the shuttle was also very clean. The shuttle bus was due to leave as we arrived but they kindly waited while final paperwork/inspection was completed which was also very prompt.

The car was easy to book with all the extra options i wanted on the net. I called with one query and received excellent service over the phone. Our pick-up bus was waiting before I called! As stated on the website, it was a quick five minute ride (with baby seat in the bus) to the depot. Once there, the paperwork took minutes and staff loaded our luggage into the car while it was done. I had also turned up with a surfboard without notifying them but this was no problem. Roof straps were fitted at no extra charge. As per our arrival the paperwork [on return] was quick and staff loaded our luggage from the car to the bus again.

Lady who handled our book in as personable,knowledgeable and generally a credit to your organisation. We had occassion to seek information on a "warning" [with vehicle] we could not determine it's cause and called in at office and received efficient friendly assistance. Your staff training package is excellent and your staff put into practice what they are taught.

I was a walk in, why? Cause I was at the pub next door and a tosser of a taxi driver dropped me off 2 km away from where I was staying. Anoying in the best cases. But I was on holiday and had been there about 12 hours, no idea where I was at midnight and the from $27 a day sign caught my eye. Staff that served me were fantastic, got along great with the younger bloke that served me at the start. no complants at all. Great job mate! When picked up service was ok. Seemed a little more slap happy by different staff member. Nothing to majorily complain about. Just little less happy to serve me. But still ok. Asked for instrutions on how to use the GPS, was told the guys out the back could show me. The guys out the back, as fun loving and happy as he was, had no clue at all how to use it. In a rush so didnt really have time to ask at front counter again. Wanted a small cheeap car. Got exactly what i asked for. Thanks would come back again with out question. Cheers

Everyone was very friendly, the only thing was waiting around the airport after an early morning flight waiting to be picked up, but peak hour traffic and understandable. No fault of the rental companies. We used a Navman and that was excellent, especially driving up to the Sunshine Coast in the late afternoon, early evening and having to bypass an accident.

We've met Richard from the Coolangatta Office twice now and he's always friendly as are all the other staff - I really liked his tip last Sat night about Luka's fish and chip shop at Miami (?) - we were starving after a delay to our flight and the fish and chips hit the spot. Also, when I dropped the car back today, I was thinking about the time it takes to pick up / drop off a rental car at the airport vs Tugin and I don;t think that there is much time difference at all - probably a matter of a few minutes, but at least getting out of the airport and dropping the car back in a certain bay isn't problematic. Also, I think that I get a lot more personal service from you rather than the other arport rental companies and frankly, I'd rather have that than feeling like someone's commission if you know what I mean. Do you have a loyalty program?

Insurance options not fully expalined on website - took out further insurance when PJ clearly explained options at front desk when picking up the car. PJ was very welcoming (as was the girl who picked us up from Brisbane ariport). PJ was there again at drop off, and quickly organised the shuttle to the airport as we were late for our plane - He treated myself, wife and kids with respect and was very accomodating. GPS was unreliable - sometimes voice anounce would disappear and later would announce all the information in one continous sentence up to 3 minutes long !

Needed to search a little to clarify some of the insurance details and coverage on the various optional covers. Otherwise all else was very easy and user friendly. Everything was nice and easy and the staff were some of the friendliet I have ever experienced. I commented to my wife how refreshingly nice everyone was to deal with and how efficient the service was. Great clean car and suited our needs perfectly. Again a breeze on the way out !

I rented a car through the Cairns base, and honestly in my opinion it could do with a bit of colour and perhaps a shorter counter and maybe a couple of chairs for customers to sit down on but otherwise it was good. I was upgraded to a better car because of a bit of a mess up. The car was beautiful to drive and it was brand new so perfect condition. The return was super quick , I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Terrific service

Excellent service and pick up from the airport was very efficient, called to say I was running 10 minutes late from airport - there was no problem at all the guys in Brisbane where I drop off car were great - would recommend and hire again next time I'm up there.

I found it easy to book on the website, but when it came to the extra insurance I found the information a bit difficult or not clear when I would have like to book an express check in. We were late returning our vehicel due to a massive traffic jam, but the staff were fantastic, friendly and understanding - nothing was too much trouble.

Got a little bit confusing with the insurance requirements and the locations with regards to shuttle bus pick up service. The crews were nice, but really pushed excessie insurance coverate. I did talk with staff by phone and they were wonderful. Here was a guy who'd never been in the area and they treated me very well, very professionally. I like the way you inspect the car in great detail before releasing it. One thing was missed was the passenger side wiper blade needed replacement. I only noiticed it when I hit the switch while on the motorway. The vehicles are clean and well maintained and exactly what I needed to get around.

Reservation made in the office, after the website prevented me from making a reservation for a two day rental. Bob explained everything fully and very clearly, including offering a street directory. The car was a low mileage Toyota Yaris, well maintained, and clean.

The Camry was very fuel efficient and comfotable. The girl at reception was great with my child and showed genuine enthusiasm when discussing our trip. Best of all the gentlemen who drove us to the airport wasnt phased in the least when we discovered that we'd left a bag at the office. It just gave us all another 15 mins to extend the pleasant chat. I did somehow get 2 cars booked for me via the website; however, the staff were alert and called to confirm this so no harm was done. I did have an issue that the online Express check-in form does not make it clear that a "secondary driver" is actually a "co-renter" and therefore must actually be present at the time of pickup to sign paperwork etc. The staff handled it well and we were able to stop by the next morning with no hassles from them, but it was an extra trip we could have planned ahead to avoid. I called because we were delayed for the return, which was unfortunately scheduled for the closing time of the branch. The staff member stayed back late to process our check-in. He was friendly and professional about that, not seeming to mind at all that we had delayed his leaving.

The car was spotless the radio did not work so I called and the next day you swaped for a new car as there was something wrong it had to go back to Toyota. The process of swapping was quick and good. Quick fast no problems then we got a lift to the airport friendly, no worries, helpful. We would have no hesitatation in renting again.

Had occasion to ammend the pickup time due to airline changes to timetable, staff were very helpful and I had no hassles at all. Car had a slow leaking tyre on the back that needed air every 4th day. There had been a dog in the car previous to me renting and hair was evident in the back seat and a distinct doggy odour was evident when the car was in the sun, but overall happy with the vehicle. Great place to do business.
