The cleaning staff at the Brisbane office do a very good job - the asian looking gentleman was very helpfull and extremely throrough in filling in the condition report - he was excellent ... special thanks to him.

Initially we were worried once we realized that the office was not at the airport. however, the transfer was VERY efficent and prompt! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the car was good too. Great service at a good price! we were very happy. Thank you!

Very quick and easy with express check in. Great wee car, just what I required. Absolutely awesome! I can't express how fabulous the friendly staff and service was at the Brisbane Airport branch of East coast Rentals. The team went out of their way to accommodate me. The branch decor in Cairns is looking a bit tired, but for me that is not an issue as the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. All in all I found rental from East Coast Car Rentals excellent, very good prices and fabulous friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again and also would recommend you to fellow travellers wishing to hire a car. Discounts for regular users would be a good idea, I myself have hired a car in Cairns 3 times in less than a year, and will probably be doing so again later this year. Airport pickup at no extra cost is always handy but then you dont have as much contact with your lovely staff.

The rates were the cheapest that I found and the service and staff were couteous and friendly and most helpful. I would use East Coast again when i travel to the Gold Coast and recommend to friends and family.

Thanks for all the help when we needed to extend our rental due to flight cancellations. We appreciate everything the staff did to make our experience easy. Love the new Hendra office, very clean and well presented. We were completely happy with the returns staff at the hendra office, was very quick and friendly service.

Staff were very friendly and the car was very clean (it looked like a new car). Car was excellent. It was very quick to do the final paper work and there was no wait at all to leave on the shuttle to go to the airport. Everything ws great.

She was very patient, even when we were dithering over who would be the official driver, whose credit card we would use, etc - really appreciated that you drove us to and from the airport.

Mark was absolutely superb in every way - nothing too much trouble. I had lost my wallet on the plane flight up from Adelaide, and Mark was a calming influence and attended to our immediate needs, following up Jetstar Lost Property, and driving us into the City Centre for a meal, etc.

I viewed your website at the airport whilst waiting to board and then made a reservation by phone as i needed to know immediately that i had a confirmed booking. This was done very quickly and efficiently by a female staff member. A nice friendly voice at the other end of the phone. I felt confident that there would be no problems when we arrived in Brisbane. were attended to by AJ? He was friendly and provided an excellent service. A real asset to your company!! Very pleased with the vehicle supplied. Returned the car at 7am and again met by two friendly, helpful staff members. Keep on keeping on, you're providing a great service!

AJ (Adrian) was amazing, I was greeted in the driveway with a friendly smile and a welcoming "Good Afternoon John". Such a totally different scenario than I was expecting and had experienced with other companies in the past, I was ready for attitude for being 30 minutes late. Instead he happily checked the car, chatted and allowed me to use the bathroom facilities whilst he finalised the paperwork. The driver was also a very friendly guy willing to chat with the passengers instead of sitting silently in the front of the bus. All in all, I feel the staff that I encountered do your company proud and did so at the end of a probably long day for them (5.30pm). Congrats to them and to the person who employed them as they certainly made a great choice.

Great service by the at Surfers Paradise, we even got a ride back to our apartment at Broadbeach which we really appreciated! Definitely passing your name on to family and friends travelling to Oz :) Lovely new premises, staff could've been a bit friendlier, noticed they were answering the phone whilst serving clients collecting vehicles. Car was great, really economical! The company is great and we'll be using you guys again :)

Both staff members on collection were brilliant. Very friendly and easy going. Extremely helpful. Very comfortable and tidy vehicle. Made the whole trip really enjoyable. Would definitely rent again. The shuttle arrived very quickly and the staff were extremely friendly. The vehicle was excellent but once we arrived at our accomodation we noticed the baby seat we hired was quite dirty & smelly. This was not a problem as we simply washed the baby seat cover & it was as good as new. The whole return process was extremely fast & simple.

This is the 4th time I've hired cars from your company so I know my way around your website pretty well. Mark and Ben were both very professional and obviously knew exactly what they were doing yet retained a relaxed, friendliness of manner that was very welcoming. I was dropped off at my hotel after returning the vehicle. There was absolutely no waiting time and the driver was very friendly.

I booked them over the phone. The reservation staff were great. The transfer shuttle was great, we didnt have to wait very long at all. Was great to hire a near new vehicle especially with a/c. Once again service was very prompt and was excellent. There is nothing that needs to be changed at all. Everthing was great. The overall experience and service was excellent, and would definitely hire from here again on our next trip to the Gold Coast.

The staff and cars in Brisbane were extremely good, we had no problems whatsoever with either the car or staff. No problems whatsoever with the car, either with performance or cleanliness. Very professional outfit. We only hired the vehicle for 2 days whilst we stayed in Brisbane but would recommend East Coast Car Rentals. Can one improve on perfection?
