Mark at the Melbourne office was great and explained details of the agreement more precisely. Another good reason was that you had an early opening time so that saved me an extra 33 dollars when I dropped the vehicle off.

Could not be happier with the cleanliness or the type of vehicle supplied. The staff were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Answered all my questions and worked extremely well under pressure. I believe that your paperwork is streamlined and efficient, hard to suggest improvement in this area. The vehicle presentation is excellent. The staff are pleasure to do business with. These are a very minor but details, but checking that the customer has received confirmation of the quotation and following up on commitments. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would have no hesitation in using your service again and would readily recommend to friends and colleagues.

I wish I knew the gentleman's name that assisted me. The service he gave was superb and he did not laugh at me when I walked to the wrong side of the car to check the fuel when I was picking up the car. It is the great customer service, not the vehicles which are merely commodities that would bring me back to East Coast and recommend them to my friends. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience.

Staff were friendly, courteous, and it was a pleasure hiring a car form them. Spacious, good toilet and good facilities for changing clothes. Vehicle was nice to drive, fuel wise economic and reliable. Shuttle service was excellent, and staff were friendly.

You don't need to do anything any differently. Friendly service, reliable modern cars. We did have a bit of a wait for the shuttle bus to the airport, but had allowed enough time so that we didn't stress about missing our plane. Keep up the good service and we will use you again in our travels.

Found the website good as I don't use the internet much for bookings etc. The customer service of your company was excellent and very prompt. The only thing was I wasn't sure of was when you entered your credit card details if the payment was deducted immediately. However I may have missed reading something. Will definitely use your company and recommend them. Normally use the hire cars from the airport which take so long but my sister recommended you. Customer service and explanations were excellent. The promptness was extremely pleasing as after a 5 hour flight you just want to get moving. Excellent service and I couldn't believe how quick checking the vehicle in was. We pulled up and before we had half our luggage out the guy was there going over the vehicle etc. Within 10 minutes we were fully finished and loaded into the shuttle.

Being rather new owners of a computer and net users for less than 6 months, this was our first attempt at hiring a car on the internet. We were able to follow the directions with ease (maybe a little bit nervously!) and surprised ourselves of the eventual outcome with no questions needing to be asked. Was all extremely informative and well set out, had no problems whatsoever. Thank you. We think their names were Rebecca, Mark and Peter, they could not have been more helpful or friendly. We are new to this having had family members organise car rental for us previously so felt we had achieved something we had never been quite confident enough to do before. Thank you guy's for making this so easy! Returned car to Andrews parking as it was out of office hours, what a great service! Is really handy to know we can do that as flying back home is usually on a Sunday and will always attract an early flight to our particular destination. The information we have just given sounds too good to be true, but honestly, we cannot think of one thing you could improve on. We were 100% satisfied and will most certainly be using your company again, and furthermore, will be spreading the word amongst our fellow travellers and friends to do the same. Thanks a million!

It's wonderfully refreshing to experience quality customer service. Living in Sydney we're not used to having such smiley, happy, friendly and helpful service. I was concerned about the size of the car and fitting our suitcases in without scratching the bumper but they were so nice that they even waived the excess for a scratch that I think my cousin had put on their brand new car trying to fit the suitcases in.

We were running a little behind schedule to drop the car back due to terrible weather which was affecting traffic conditions. I phone ahead to say where we were and ask if it was possible to fast track the return service so we could make our flight. When we arrived the staff were very accommodating, having paperwork ready and a shuttle waiting to take us straight away. We were relieved and grateful to them and made our flight on time.

Phone person was very helpful, and flexible as there were some changes needed as our flight into Gold Coast had been changed. Everyone friendly and quick. Your service is the best I have ever experienced from any car rental firm. A complete contrast to my last time in Brisbane where another firm [name removed] were just incompetent, down graded me to a car too small for the family, made it difficult to swap during my holiday when a car became available & would not refund the difference. Then questioned me why I gave negative comments in their survey. Unbelievable!

Our Rental Lady was very co-operative, just lovely. Sorry didn't catch her name, but she was so good that we wanted to take her with us. I hope you are the one of the companies that looks after your staff!!! I wanted to take the car home. The GPS was great in the end, when we worked out how to use it. Seems most times we needed to enter the destination twice before it started talking, or giving directions, but maybe that was the operator. In the beginning there was a few heated moments. lol. Your company was recommended by my Dad, who has several rentals from you guys and I would definitely recommend your Company to anyone I know travelling overseas. Thank you, can you ship the car over now? lol.

AJ was clear, concise, friendly and positive in approach. When I suggested front tyre's needed more tread he offered same model, good tyre's no problem. Insisted car be washed before hire. Walk around inspection careful but practical - clear explanation of conditions of hire without being snotty. Well done! Took us to nearby accommodation as staff were available. Friday 26th June midday young man determined to be helpful, excellent people skills. Second / Third valuable staff member - seems like company culture is healthy.
