All the cars from Brisbane Airport have been updated over our years of return service. However your offices are still dingey little & outdated places to do business from & detract from your service level you are trying to reach. The gentleman who picked us up & returned us to the Brisbane Airport is to be commended for his customer service skills. I don't know his name but I know he is from Geelong in Vic. He is the type of staff you require to take your business to the next level.

I would still say that some effort could have been made to be personable. I also think that it would have been helpful to have someone help me adjust the seat to suit me - it was only after I pulled away that I realised that it was a bit tricky. I must say that I thought it was the most professional service that I have received when Hiring a car. I do a lot of traveling and have hired cars from most of the agencies. Very efficient and thorough.

We arrived just after the office closed, and althoughthe person who took my telephone booking said that this wasn't a problem and we would be collected as per normal working hours, the lady on duty (Sharon?) didn't know about this. However, she was very helpful in sorting out the car and baby seats and went out of her way to collect us with no additional charges.

Website was very easy to navigate around, information, instructions and prices were clear. Pickup was super quick, driver was very friendly, great service. Great choice of colours (save me time in choosing color :-), esay to see in the dark, easy to spot with distintive yellow frame number plate and business web site at the back. Was going to book online but needed to ask questions which were easily and courteously answered by phoning the 1800 number. Outside area was dirty on the ground where luggage had to sit, but didn't need to wait long. Deoderizer overpowering-yuk. Even though busy, still friendly and helpful.

Efficient, effective and professional. The BEST car rental experience within Australia. Car went wonderfully. GPS made driving in unknown areas a breeze and the explanation given to use the GPS was great. We returned the car and in 5 minutes were on our way to the airport.

Website was very easy to use and found all required info prices and was very quick to confirm the dates and type of vechicle that we required. Rang a few days before to confirm the booking was all correct and was informed that it was and the person was very polit. The shuttle bus was prompt at the airport and the driver was very polit and helpful. paper work was all ready and correct the staff member was very helpful in explaining all the options about the insurance extras. Went through the vechicle with staff member and found all in good order but the interer had a few rub marks on the ceiling. On returning the vechicle i was served quickly and promptly and the paper work was all finialsed without a hassle. the shuttle driver got me back in time for my plan with time to spare.

[website] Easy to use. Pleasantly surprised to get quote sent to my email when i had just being looking at the site. However ended up ringing to confirm booking (my preference). Express check in very helpful. Staff very good, i rang and they came to collect me with no problems from my accomodation. Very quick and efficient with car collection. Wonderful to have an (almost)new car. Also appreciated the upgrade. Car was excellent. Very clean. Laughed when i saw the Welcome notice with my name, totally unexpected and a nice, personal touch. Have rented a car from you before, will be my choice of car rental agency in cairns. Wonderful service, great car and will hire from you next time.

We were very happy with the website it was very easy to use. We were very happy with the people we were served by from the man driving the shuttle who managed to find us even though we were waiting in the wrong spot. The only comment I could make is that the windscreen was clean but smeary on the inside every thing else was great. The return experience was just as good as the pick up and the shuttle driver was extrememly friendly and helpful.
