On arrival the staff (Michael) was very pleasant and explained all the do's and dont's quite plainly. We had the confidence right from the start. The car was excellent and yes we will definitely use your establishment in the future. Thank you again for your wonderful service. The city staff were great to us to on our return - they drove us to our Hotel (which was not very far) but it was not a problem. Congratulations on a great business. You fulfilled all expectations that we required. We didn't have a problem at all with the car. Everything went according to plan. Again thank you for the wonderful service. Collection branch very clean - this surprised me!! Staff very well groomed - fantastic. Great to be able to do pre work for the paperwork on line. shuttle was there and waiting when we got off the plane - lucky us! Incredibly efficient on return - you often think that someone will try and rip you off - bad press from o/s rental companies - but obviously this is just bias. Your company was fantastic - I will be recommending you.

There is nothing I can add to suggest improvement(s) as all was first class, efficient, friendly, vehicle was exactly as I expected etc,etc. The lady who picked us up from the airport even tried to locate the hotel I had booked into on the way to the office as I asked her did she know where it was. I will not even think of searching the internet when I next need car hire in Cairns (or any other city where East Coast Car Rentals are present), I will just type in www.eastcoastcarrentals.com.au.

We were very impressed with the reservations person. She was able to answer all our questions and had a friendly manner. The staff at the Wickham St, Brisbane Office were very friendly and the paperwork was completed quickly, without any delay. We were especially grateful for the person in the Office on Sunday 6 December who guided us back to the Office to return the car after the GPS system started playing up. She was very patient, friendly and gave us easy to follow directions back to the Office. We appreciated her assistance. We were very grateful for the assistance of the Office staff in guiding us back to the Office to return the car after the GPS system started playing up. We found the Office staff and the staff member who provided the car to us excellent.

The staff at the office were great - efficient, friendly and clear in their explanations of what was required in regards to prompt return of the vehicle etc. They were polite and helpful and give us every good reason to recommend east coast to our friends and family for when they may need to hire a vehicle. We will definitely be going with them on our next visit.

Original car was a bit small as there were more people added to our group, we were offered an upgrade to larger car. The whole experience was fantastic at pick up location at tullamarine airport.

Will use East Coast Rentals again and will definitely recommend. It nice to finally find a rental car company that understands the customer. Not certain the name of the gentleman that helped me fill out paperwork but he did a great job and is part of the reason I will book my next rental through East Cost Rentals. Keep doing what you are doing, it is a shame more don't know about you. I found it affordable and was nice not to have to pay that bond that everyone else does and ties up your money.

Although I eventually was a phone booking, the website was informative with a super user-friendly interface. I made initial contact online and was impressed when my phone rang less than 5 mins later with a very friendly, helpful man who answered my questions and proceeded with a phone booking. Excellent FAST shuttle service with a super friendly driver. The lady who served me was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - imagine my surprise when she told me she'd only been at the position for less than a week. Well done! Brand new car, so hey - perfect! The man who did the return inspection was at the car before I'd even gotten out - that's prompt! Immediately upon completion of the paperwork (5-10 mins) I was driven to the station. Thank you very much for making a special trip to take me to the train station rather than the airport - yet more saving of time and money from your outstanding company. I honestly wouldn't change a thing. This was by far the most efficient, friendly & helpful, not forgetting CHEAPEST car hire I've ever experienced - and I've had my fair share of nightmares from other companies. I have already started singing your praises to friends, family and work colleagues. I will definitely be calling East Coast Car Rentals for all my future vehicle hiring needs. Thanks & great job, guys!!!

We had to use the late arrival facilities and found things exactly as we were told, making things very easy. Thanks very much for very efficient service. Very smooth transfer of luggage from car to shuttle and transport to airport was almost immediate with a very friendly driver. Would gladly rent again from East Coast, we found them to be very efficient and the car was excellent. Thanks very much, it made our holiday stress-free!! No improvement necessary. We would gladly use your company again. Your reasonable prices and excellent service made things run very smooth for us. Thank you once again.

The website was easy to navigate and easy to complete the rental. The staff could not have been better - the information was clear and helpful. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient and the collection point was clean and tidy. The car was in excellent condition and we had no problems.

Very organised and thorough - actually had 2 people in the process of getting my booking ready when I arrived in the office. Very organised and efficient in terms of airport collection and transfer to Cairns City. Top quality vehicle, almost felt like a brand new car. Staff came to me while I was still sitting in the car to see if they could fit me on a waiting return shuttle to the airport, didn't have to go thru any paperwork, very efficient.

The website was very easy to use and the response for confirmation via email was very fast. Andrews Airport Parking staff were very helpful and got us on our way at the late hour of 11pm.

2nd time of using you guys and very happy. Especially after being treated badly by another provider. Ref above & FYI I extended my original 8 day booking at $28.50 per day (Getz 3 door) with them by 3 days on the net. They refused to treat it as an extension, but instead tried to back charge the whole booking at $47.50 and upped all other charges in the process. $326 became $758 before insurance and they refused to backtrack. I cancelled & came to East Coast. I left a private key on the key ring and received a call promising to forward it in the mail - I liked that.
