Outstanding service and really friendly staff who were a pleasure to deal with. Our car was clean, fuel efficient, and amazingly cheap for the quality received. Your service has far outweighed anything we've had before from a car hire company - and we've hired plenty!

Booking through the website offers the best rates. I did not arrive at the appointed time as there were severe thunderstorms in and around Brisbane on my arrival. However East Coast had reserved my vehicle and unknown to me it was at a location opposite the depot. I will known next time. The pick up went smoothly. A excellent vehicle. I would chose the same again next time. As I was the only one there at the time of the return, not much could go wrong. But the service was great.

I real don't think you need to improve, The gentleman who we dealt with was just exceptional for the whole way from pick up at the airport to the return trip. I couldn't of asked for any better service. Thanks for making that part of the holiday hassle free.

It would help if the person driving the transfer bus was to introduce themselves as it is nice to have a name of someone you are getting into a car with especially with kids. Other than that the service and staff were excellent, will definitely use again. Thanks for a great first time experience in QLD.

The sales people from Cairns were so friendly and helpful. The whole service was EXCELLENT. I certainly will be referring people from work to use East coast Car rentals, when travelling to 1 of the destinations where the rental is available. I certainly will use the company again next year when we go to Brisbane My 6yr old grandson Troy said of our Chauffeur to and from the airport, "he is a happy chappy Nan isn't he". I think his name was Mark, really nice guy and down to earth and told you things in a easy manner, eg GPS, how to get to Gateway motorway etc. Great service and great wee car. Only problem I had was getting in wrong land on toll bridge at Gateway, maybe this need to be advised to people upon arrival??, Will use you again when over again next year.

Got quotes from a few competitors, yours was the easiest website to use and had all options like insurance. Liked that the staff came out and checked the car so we knew nothing would appear on our visa once we'd left, so many other companies just take the car and don't do the check.

GPS unit really helped finding our way around Brisbane, the Gold Coast and a trip to Australia Zoo. Much better than relying on street directories. Great rental rate and good vehicles combined with excellent service. What more could you ask for.

A fast and easy transaction, I needed to book a car for that days so made internet booking and also phoned for confirmation. Also needed to extend booking several times and found staff very helpful and obliging and have already made 2 more bookings.

Couldn't have been easier or more efficient. I found the entire experience with your company very impressive, everything was made simple and clear. I extended hire and that too was a very easy transaction. I was very impressed. All this and also a great deal cheaper than the competition. Took all of 7 minutes to return the vehicle and sign off so efficient.

Your website provided all the information I needed to feel confident about renting a car from you. It was detailed yet not overwhelming providing the information clearly. You couldn't ask for better service than was provided. It was fantastic in all aspects. The people who served at the desk and also a special mention of the great shuttle driver. I will never rent from anyone else on the Gold coast now that I have tasted the best. I would happily recommend your service.

Your Website is user friendly and contains all necessary information. No hassle collection of the vehicle. Friendly staff. I drove a Toyota Yaris which a very reliable vehicle and light on fuel usage and spacious inside. Everything went smooth and did not waste anytime with the transfer back to the Airport.

We always have a great experience renting from you :-) The car could have been dusted on the inside, other than that, we have been renting cars from you even when we lived in New Zealand with my dad (Selwyn Beazley) for the last 7 or 8 years. Was really happy with the service, check in - check-out etc. Staff are excellent and will definitely use East Coast again. The service I got from Zarni from the fortitude valley office was exceptional - thanks heaps. As far as I'm concerned all is perfect - had such a good experience - no mucking around - was in and out in no time at all - keep up the great service.

I have no issues with the system as it is. Everything was well thought out - especially as we had to change plans at the last minute due to flight cancellation and reschedule on the day of expected vehicle pickup, and arrange an after hours security pick up at the airport car park. This was done over the phone from Sydney airport and the paperwork left in the vehicle for me to sign and post back to the office. Very simple, very convenient and very efficient. Without it, we would have arrived in Cairns at midnight with no means of getting to our destination in Port Douglas. We were very impressed with your company's assistance, helpfulness and efficiency. We will certainly use East Coast Car Rentals in the future.

A very pleasant experience compared to A***[name removed] who continually rang requesting a deposit after I booked over the internet, no where on their site it said I had to pay a $50 deposit - as I don't like sneaky tactics I cancelled my booking with A*** and happily found East Coast Rentals - Thank you ! Once I booked on the East Coast Internet site I rang with a follow up and the telephone staff were very nice.
