Loved the service the car was great and the staff were lovely. we will use you again when we go to QLD in Sept. Our plane was late so we missed our pick up by a few minutes, we saw him driving ny so we called and he came around again in a few mins that was great. A repeat customer rewards program would be fantastic. Say... first use free coffee somewhere, second use free movie tickets, third use free 2nd dinner purchase or maybe a customer could choose the reward out of a list of things like that. Anyway just a thought. We will be telling anyone we know about you who needs to use this service. While we were parked in Melbourne City a guy walking in the street stopped and asked me if we had drove from QLD. I said no we hired from here. He was pleased as he said he hired a 12 seater and was really happy with the whole service. So I think by a stranger telling us that and our great experience you should be proud of the service you provide. Cheers and thanks muchly.

Excellent service, picked up as soon as i rang. Helped out with luggage and before i knew it i was driving off along gold coast highway in my rental. Great little vehicle. i was a bit worried at first i had made the wrong decision with the three of us and our luggage it would be a bit tight but no worries there. i was in a bit of a hurry, and we had to wait for another couple to check their car in so shuttle bus was full before transfer to airport, so was late for check in. Bit of fault on my behalf for returning vehicle with little time to spare. It was a busy time at the depot when i dropped the vehicle off but it was inspected and tended to instantly, I just drove in hopped out and the vehicle was tended to.

Everything was perfect but you could sell maps of victoria, show books of country site as well like The Proms, The Grampians, ... tyvm for everything, I won't hesitate to use East Coast Car Rentals next time.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Thank goodness for GPS it made travelling so much easier. Hadn't used one before but staff showed us how to work it and I will always use one in future. Car ran well no problems at all and very economical to run. Very satisfied. Will most certainly use this company again.

Found the service all round very good, the car ran perfectly , and the return was effortless and we were delivered to the airport by a very courteous driver who engaged conversation and was generally interested in what we had to say. Thought you guys and girls were pretty good straight off. Do the basics right like you do, offer Great rates and have good reliable staff, not much else to do really [to improve]. Other than making the service time faster (ie by increasing the number of staff working in the office) I can't think of any way to improve service. The vehicle was as described, clean and reliable. The staff were friendly and informative and the rate for the car rental was the best we found. I'd definitely use East Coast Car Rentals again. Thanks.

Really happy with the pick up. It was quick, the driver was really friendly and the paper work and car were all ready to go. It was all very quick and easy. Excellent service. Everything was promptly checked and paperwork ready to go. The bus was already there so there was no waiting and we were dropped at the door. Was really happy with the service. The car was great, the service was friendly and prompt and the whole experience was hassle-free. I would definitely rent from you guys again.

Website was easy to use and navigate. We booked everything online and we were in a car and out the door within minutes upon arrival. Sensational service, very friendly and most helpful - thank you. We had an issue with the original vehicle and were upgraded without question immediately. Again, great service and nothing was a problem. We were seen to within minutes of returning the vehicle, our luggage was loaded into the shuttle and we were at the airport in no time. Driver was friendly and service all round sensational.

I did not end up needing shuttle transfers and arrived earlier than expected to pick up my rental car. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially considering my early arrival, they had my car ready in minutes and were happy to answer any questions I had. The fuel efficiency and the way the Corolla purred was like we were in a more luxury car ... very good. [Suggested Improvements?] You are kidding ... There was nothing that could be faulted with the hiring of the vehicle ... could you have made my holiday longer? ... We didn't want to leave.

This year is the 2nd year in a row we have hired from you guys and both times we have had exceptional service from a very friendly team. We are booked to be in Brisbane again, same time 2010, and will be calling on you then. We found the process quick and simple and definitely competitive with the rest of the markets prices. The office staff were wonderful on the weekend, the van was there to pick us up within 5 minutes and took us straight to the depot. The transaction was quick and painless as was during the return of the vehicle. The car was also wonderful, not an issue the whole time. Thank you East Coast, will definitely use you again!

A Google search on your company came up with some very unfavorable comments on peoples experiences but we found that info on your site was accurate, rates were great as was premium insurance and overall experience was hassle free with no hidden costs. We chose premium insurance for peace of mind and complete cover with minimal excess. The service was prompt & friendly ... what more do you require of a car rental company? Thank you.

I attempted to book via website found it easy to navigate but didn't understand several points and had to call, so ended up booking via telephone. Rented through Cairns - extended my rental time twice and arranged an airport return of vehicle. Staff were tops, made the whole experience very easy. When back in Cairns will definitely book with East Coast. Thanks heaps. Had a Hyundai Elantra - loved it.

I had a pleasant experience right from pick-up at the airport, paperwork at the office and when returning the car. Thank you so much. One suggestion I would like to make is that the extra charge for the additional driver should be made clearer on the website and allowed to be paid when making the payment through the internet. I am not sure if this is already there in the website but I was not aware of it. It was a small cost but I only knew about it when I was in your office. Thank you again for the great service. We will certainly be considering your company for our future travels in Qld. and will recommend you guys to our friends. Cheers.
