Job well done Folks. Excellent job to staff on duty - sorry I don't know their names but collection staff were very customer friendly. Very nice car in nice shape - new tyre's recently so that much safer a rental. Staff person had our car checked in and us off to the airport in under 10 mins - fabulous very friendly with the kids on the shuttle bus as well - family friendly staff person. Great job. I can honestly say that there isn't much more that could be done to make it a more pleasant experience from calling in to being picked up promptly and taken to the office to completing the paperwork and inspection and hitting the road it all went smoothly and quickly with very friendly service staff at all stages. A very affordable alternative to the 'big names' with excellent service and prices that come from owning the cars and their own offices that affords lower overheads - check it out for yourself - guaranteed to save you 30% for sure or more with full insurance coverage.

When we arrived to collect car there was no car ready for us. The staff did apologies and called the person who had the car and was late returning. It was a difficult day for them I think as there had been a few complications with other vehicles too. I must commend them on their professionalism throughout, they offered to take us for coffee while we waited and kept apologising and trying to contact the person with the car. I was very satisfied with the service your company provided and would definitely book again with you. Great vehicles, great prices and great staff, thank you.

Appreciate you were open on a Sunday afternoon. Lovely to use a brand new car. Nice and close to airport. Very happy with the experience. I liked having the paperwork all ready for us when we arrived at the office. Who wants to spend time filling out docs while your holiday is waiting... The whole procedure seemed quiet streamlined, not sure when it gets really very busy. We will be back again. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

I believe there was a problem with the website that day and I had to talk to the girls on the phone. They were very helpful and completed the booking for me. I am sure if the website had been working correctly I would have had no problems making my booking without calling. Not really sure it could have been better.

I wanted to let you know how good I thought you were... I hired a car when in town for a funeral. I hired the car from tuesday nigh to saturday afternoon but realised late friday that I would not be able to return to perth till sunday... 1 quick phone call and the car was mine for the extra day at the same rate I would have got on the web. Sunday morning I realised I could not leave Melbourne till late tuesday and again - 1 quick phone call and the car was mine till then... again at the same rates as I would have got on the web. I have used another car hire company quite regularly when in melbourne but they could not offer a long time customer this same service - given your prices are very comparable and the customer service I received with east coast - I will now be using you guys!

I have rented many vehicles over the years and have to say that East Coast Rentals have been the best by far, the daily rate was exceptional considering the free pick up and drop off at the airport, no limit on the Km's and the car was in excellent condition. Renting from East Coast Car rentals was less than 1/2 the price of renting from the airport (no premium location tariffs etc.), and all their vehicles were "as new" late models. I would not hesitate to use East Coast Rentals again and will be recommending them to all and sundry. Excellent service, thanks Bruce and the team AAA++++++++

I have used East Coast in the past which has always been fine but no different to any other car rental. This time however, you are streets ahead of your competitors. I don't normally respond to these questionnaires as I am rarely stunned by customer service but pass my gratitude to everyone at the Brisbane Airport office. Even the shuttle service guy was friendly and chatty. Overall experience 10/10! I will definitely use again.

Hassle free booking. It is actually easier to be picked up and taken to depot, rather than trying to navigate around Melbourne airport rental area. Melbourne staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend to others and will use East Coast again. Quick courteous service - paperwork and inspection completed within a couple of minutes.

New premises compliment the great service. I like the way staff can tell at a glance there has been no abusive use, so a quick once over is all that's needed. Good to be treated how you treat their property, and trusted. Second experience with the same result. Keep up the good work. Stay honest. If all customers are treated like we were there is nothing more required, word of mouth and repeat custom will keep you in business.

The price of your vehicles is the best I have found. Thank you, I was able to include a GPS in my rental because of your affordability. The staff were excellent: friendly, informative and bent over backwards to ensure I felt comfortable before I left the branch. I have never used a GPS before but I found it fantastic to get around without having to use a map in a place I am not familiar with. I think you are doing a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use your service again.

We arrived on Easter Thursday, to a state that does not stop, and neither did the traffic, or airport traffic - the service remained of a high standard and although there was a longer delay than anticipated, the staff kept us informed asked whether we had any special timeframe's which needed to be considered - and drove through horrendous traffic, with 'haste' and 'consideration' to others - Well Done. The staff were very efficient and friendly, made the experience 'painless'. Please open up offices in all the States; so we a) can utilise your company everywhere we travel b) have the benefits of good cars at very good rates with excellent service no matter where we are, our association travels a lot, and to have this level of 'healthy' competition with the big companies is good for the consumer and your business and eventually good for your industry. My daughter is a travel agent and we were both pleased with the service and vehicle we received. Not to mention cheaper than the mainstream companies. To collect we walked but when car was dropped back we took advantage of the shuttle service which was very convenient. We added another driver which was so much easier than I thought.

I recently hired a vehicle from you (last week); and on returning it to your Coolangatta depot; I discovered I had missed my flight back to Adelaide; J*****r had rescheduled me; but being in qld I didn't get their email. Anyway I returned to the Coolangatta depot; only to find my car had already gone out; stuck in Coolangatta on Easter Sunday night; no car; no taxis and no motel room. I must say that the scotch lady in your Coolangatta depot helped Immensely; she found my wife and I a room for one night; just 1.5 k away. We shall be forever grateful to this lady and wish you to know of our appreciation. This was well up and above the service we had expected.

The excellent site allowed me at very short notice to obtain the vehicle of my choice and secure a confirmation virtually instantly after i had phoned the Nudgee office to follow up and confirm all was fine. Thank you. Improvements With the change in venue at Brisbane airport location,things look fine currently. Clean waiting rooms latest cars and prompt courteous staff ..... you must be doing something right. Nothing to improve at this stage.

I loved the special deal i got on the internet! such great value is hard to find these days. Always love a bargain, it made me rent for a longer period. The staff came and picked us up straight away, then the bus even waited for us when we came to drop of the car. all the staff we really friendly and helpful. This was my second rental from Gold Coast and both times it has been exceptional. It was a quick drop off, the paperwork completed in no time. The bus waited for us as it was about to leave. Job well done!

Very friendly staff, especially those at Surfers Paradise. They were very helpful and obliging and it was an ease working with them especially when I had problems with the sat nav upon arriving in Brisbane. Thumbs up to all the crew from Surfers Paradise- they were beyond excellent! :) It was one of my best car rental experience ever from the many countries travelled and various agencies used. Everything was great from the staff to the car - really thumbs up. I will make sure I get my rental car again from east coast the next time I'm in australia. Two things though - 1, improve on your online booking, a transaction reference number would be great especially since you've entered your credit card details and then begin to wonder what has happened as there is no immediate email notification. Secondly, just ensure all extras, ie: the sat nav is in proper working conditions, I had to change mine twice, once in Surfers and another in Brisbane. It would also be great if you could provide printed maps in the car just in case in events of sat nav failure, like what I encountered, it would be real help to get to your branch for a change. other than that - all I have to say is kudos to your surfers branch crew, friendly and ever willing to help without any fuss all the time and it was just great dealing with them; no hassle at all. Definitely a come back the next time I am in australia!

The service we received from East Coast Car Rental was very good. The vehicle was neat and tidy and well maintained. A lovely zippy little car that was quite comfortable for 5 people. The only thing would be to ensure that the drivers at the after hours service listen and actually take the clients to the correct terminal for their departure to make the end of a trip easier.

My thanks to your staff who made every effort to get me a car even though we arrived on Easter Friday, a day earlier than originally booked. There were no cars available but thanks to your staff they were able to get me a lower grade car an a temporary basis and then made it easy to upgrade to my original SUV booking. Thank you for the superb job. I felt a little nervous booking online but wouldn't hesitate to use you again. It was no surprise to us that every rental car in Surfers Paradise seemed to be an East Coast car.
